Landlords have the mirror version of the same problem: a post that disappears down the page in an hour, and a mailbox full of one-line enquiries with no way to tell who is serious.
We think that is a solvable problem, so we are solving it.
What is different
Every listing is reviewed. A person looks at each submission before it goes live. That is slower than posting straight to a feed, and it is the point: when a tenant opens Frently, what they see is real.
Free to list. The Free package covers up to ten listings, with no commission and no card required. Larger packages arrive as we build the features that justify them.
Built for Canada. Provinces, postal codes, square feet and Canadian dollars. The map does not wander off to another continent when you type a street name.
